Function

The enclosed design of the slide conveyors sealed against liquid media ensures trouble-free operation even when used in the liquid because media such as oil, emulsion or water cannot penetrate into the interior. Magnetic systems, which produce a strong magnetic field using high-quality magnetic materials and carry the ferromagnetic parts on top of the slide, move inside under a wear-resistant steel slide. The continuously circulating magnetic systems ensure quiet running. The coolant guide plate is designed so that the liquid is forced to move over the wide magnetic field parallel to the slide. This produces coarse filtration. Additional filters can be fitted downstream.
